Cocoa Bone Broth Ice Cream
This creamy, dreamy cocoa soft-serve is what we’re having all season long. It’s part ice cream, part protein bomb, and entirely powered by Dulce.
Ingredients (Serves 2–4)
- 1 sachet Pikora Cocoa Bone Broth, Dulce
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: chocolate syrup, Maldon salt
Instructions
- Blend it up: Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, Dulce, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until silky smooth and creamy.
- Freeze: Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze overnight (or at least 6 hours) until scoopable.
- Serve: Scoop into bowls and finish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a sprinkle of flaky salt.
