Cocoa Bone Broth Ice Cream

This creamy, dreamy cocoa soft-serve is what we’re having all season long. It’s part ice cream, part protein bomb, and entirely powered by Dulce.

Ingredients (Serves 2–4)

  • 1 sachet Pikora Cocoa Bone Broth, Dulce
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: chocolate syrup, Maldon salt

Instructions

  1. Blend it up: Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, Dulce, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until silky smooth and creamy.
  2. Freeze: Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze overnight (or at least 6 hours) until scoopable.
  3. Serve: Scoop into bowls and finish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a sprinkle of flaky salt.

✨ Shortcut: Want soft-serve style? Freeze for just 3–4 hours and enjoy it slightly melty and extra luscious.
