Fluffy AF Scrambled Eggs

The secret to the softest, umamiest scrambled eggs? Sprinkling Chismosa, our Chicken Bone Broth. It adds depth, richness, and just the right amount of savoriness—so good, you’ll never make eggs the same way again.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp Pikora Chicken Bone Broth
  • 30 g of Cottage Cheese (optional, but makes them extra silky)
  • 1 tbsp butter (or ghee for a richer flavor)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • A side of fruit, for garnish (optional) 

Instructions

  1. Whisk it up: In a bowl, whisk eggs with our Chismosa, and cottage cheese until fully combined and slightly frothy.

  2. Low and slow: Heat a nonstick pan over low heat and melt the butter. You want it warm, not sizzling.

  3. Gentle cooking: Pour in the eggs and let them sit for a few seconds, then use a spatula to gently push the eggs from the edges toward the center. Repeat until they’re just set but still slightly glossy.

  4. Season & serve: Remove from heat before they’re fully cooked (they’ll finish cooking off the heat). Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.

Secret tip: Stir in a dollop of crème fraîche for extra luxe eggs.
