Gazpacho with a Kick

This is not your average cold soup. It’s a fresh, zesty gazpacho made with summer produce and secretly powered by our Chicken Bone Broth, Chismosa. Light, hydrating, and protein-packed... perfect for hot days when you want something easy, vibrant, and good for you.

Serve chilled with fresh toppings and a drizzle of olive oil for that chef’s kiss finish.

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  •  1 sachet of Pikora Chicken Bone Broth, Chismosa

  • 3 ripe tomatoes

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • ½ cucumber, peeled and seeded

  • ½ red onion

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • Salt, to taste

  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

  • ¼ cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Blend it all: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend on high for at least 1 minute, until smooth and creamy.

  2. Serve chilled: Pour into bowls and serve cold. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and chives...optional, but encouraged

Shortcut: Make it in the morning and chill in the fridge so it’s ready to go when the heat kicks in.
