Tortellini in Bone Broth

This cozy, heartwarming dish is perfect for lunch or dinner. It’s quick to whip up and as light as it is comforting.

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Pikora bone broth (chicken or beef)
  • 6 oz water
  • 1 cup store-bought tortellini (cheese or meat) at Pikora HQ we love Ricotta tortellini!
  • Fresh Chives 
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. In a medium pot, mix 1 sachet of Pikora bone broth with 6 oz of water. Bring to a gentle boil.
  2. Add the tortellini to the broth and cook according to the package instructions (usually 4-6 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  3. Once the tortellini is tender and cooked through, taste the broth and season with salt and pepper if needed.
  4. Ladle the tortellini and broth into a bowl.
  5. Top with a sprinkle of fresh chives and a generous heap of grated Parmesan.
