Tortellini in Bone Broth
This cozy, heartwarming dish is perfect for lunch or dinner. It’s quick to whip up and as light as it is comforting.
Ingredients
- 1 sachet Pikora bone broth (chicken or beef)
- 6 oz water
- 1 cup store-bought tortellini (cheese or meat) at Pikora HQ we love Ricotta tortellini!
- Fresh Chives
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- In a medium pot, mix 1 sachet of Pikora bone broth with 6 oz of water. Bring to a gentle boil.
- Add the tortellini to the broth and cook according to the package instructions (usually 4-6 minutes), stirring occasionally.
- Once the tortellini is tender and cooked through, taste the broth and season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Ladle the tortellini and broth into a bowl.
- Top with a sprinkle of fresh chives and a generous heap of grated Parmesan.
